1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using pomo_xx services, software, applications or digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Use
You must use pomo_xx only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, abuse payment systems or use the service to violate another person's rights.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription price, billing frequency and renewal information will be displayed before purchase. Where automatic renewal applies, the subscription may renew according to the selected billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current paid subscription period.
5. Refunds
The standard refund window for direct subscriptions is the same calendar day on which the subscription payment was made, subject to applicable law and the Payment Policy.
6. Service Errors
If a confirmed technical or billing error caused by pomo_xx results in a material service problem, we may correct the subscription, restore access, issue an eligible refund or provide one additional month of service free of charge.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, pomo_xx software, source code, interface, branding, documentation, proprietary AI systems, model weights, proprietary datasets, prompts and other original materials are owned by or licensed to pomo_xx.
8. AI and Software License
pomo_xx proprietary AI systems, models, model weights, prompts, datasets and related materials are private and may not be copied, redistributed, republished, resold or incorporated into another product without authorization.
Some components may use third-party open-source licenses. Where a component is distributed under the MIT License, its use is governed by that license and its applicable copyright and notice requirements.
9. User Content
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit to pomo_xx.
10. Copyright
You must not use pomo_xx to facilitate copyright infringement, piracy, fraud, malware or unlawful activity.
11. Advertising and Google Compliance
pomo_xx aims to provide accurate information about its services, pricing and subscriptions. Advertising, where used, should remain distinguishable from normal website content. We do not intentionally use deceptive advertising, misleading claims, hidden charges or interfaces designed to cause accidental interactions.
12. Service Availability
Online services may experience maintenance, outages, technical problems or third-party failures. Features may be changed or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
